Assistance dogs are very special animals trained to help those with disabilities live daily life a little easier.
These dogs are trained to complete tasks that for someone with a physical disability would be very difficult or impossible.
These dogs
are trained to open and close doors, retrieve objects, turning lights on and off, carry objects, alarm or door bell alert and so on. Assistance training programs are individually developed based on the specific needs of the client.
Not all dogs are suitable to be
assistance dogs, these dogs must have an appropriate temperament,
maturity level and skill level. Once your dog is evaluated and it is determined that he/she is suitable training can begin.
Visit the "Method of Training" page to see how we train our service dogs.
