Dog Training is one of the most important things you can do as a responsible dog owner. Finding the right trainer for your very specific needs is important. Dog Training can be very rewarding for you and your dog as long as the training is tailored to not only your needs but supports your dogs unique personality and challenges.
My goal as a professional dog trainer is to help dogs and people enjoy their relationship, and live balanced and happy lives together. Poochy Smooches promotes Responsible Dog Ownership through Dog & Handler Training! To many dogs end up at shelters as a result of behavior that could easily be modified through proper training. In most cases dogs are simply displaying behavior that is produced by mother nature herself.
Learning to understand what drives this behavior and how it works can help us know where to start training. We must also realize that the dog is not the only one that is in need of training, once we have accepted that fact we can move on to real training that is productive.
